Reginald “Reggie” Joe Breeding, 61, of Oakland, MD, passed away Friday, November 27, 2020, at his home. Born May 18, 1959, in Williamson, WV, he was the son of the late Clair J. and Florence (McCoy) Breeding. Reggie worked as an engineer for Kermida, Inc. He was a member of the High Mountain Gospel Riders and the Legion Riders. He is survived by a son, Daniel A. Breeding, KY; one brother, Greg D. Breeding and wife, Carrie, KY. Reggie will be cremated.
