Dustin Shawn Jay 45, of Miami, Oklahoma entered into to rest and join the Lord on Wednesday November 25, 2020 in Miami, Oklahoma at Integris Baptist Regional Health Center. Dustin was born March 27, 1975 in Miami, Oklahoma to Jimmie Jay Sr. and Cathy (Sears) Jay. He was a construction worker for Straight Line Construction and a member of the Miami Nation Tribe of Oklahoma and Christian Faith Outreach of Commerce, Oklahoma and had lived in this area all his life. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers Jerry Lawhead-Jay and Ricky Jay. Survivors include his wife Lori Mowry of the home, two sons Kade Cantu and Ricky Jay of the home, three daughters Delisa Mowry of North Miami, OK, Taryn Jay, Halle Jay of the home, one granddaughter Natalee Cantu of the home. Services will be held 2:00 pm Thursday December 3, 2020 at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home of Miami, Oklahoma with Don Williams officiating. Interment will follow at the G.A.R. Cemetery under the direction of the Paul Thomas Funeral Home and Cremation Service. The family will receive relatives and friends 6 to 7 pm Wednesday December 2, 2020 at Paul Thomas Funeral Home Miami, Oklahoma. Pallbearers Jeremy Manders, Jason Reed, Shane Blizzard, Sam Conrad, Kade Cantu and Ricky Jay. Honorary Pallbearers will be Josh Kelly and Brandon Jones.
