Norma Joanne Payne
LINCOLN - Norma JoAnne Payne, 89, of Lincoln, passed away on Monday, November 23, 2020 at St. Clara’s Manor in Lincoln, IL. JoAnne was born on June 14, 1931, in Missouri, the daughter of Howard and Sylvia (Lankford) Teaney. Norma married Floyd E. Payne on February 4, 1950 in Hartsburg, IL. He preceded her in death on January 23, 2017. JoAnne is survived by her children: Kerry Payne of Lincoln, IL, Roger (Randy) Payne of Lincoln, IL, Reggie (Tracy) Payne of Hartsburg, IL, and Robyn Redfairn of Lincoln, IL; nine grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren. Norma was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers: Wendell, Calvin, and Bill, and one sister: Maybelle Lillard. JoAnne was a member of Jefferson Street Christian Church. Cremation rites for JoAnne will be accorded by Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln, IL. a celebration of life will be held at a later date.Obituary
