John H. Hensley age 74 years, of West Union, Ohio passed away Sunday November 29, 2020 at the Hospice of Hope Care Center at Kenton Pointe.  John was born September 21, 1946 in Tennessee to the late Oakley & Mary Jane (Garrett) Hensley. 

John attended the Solid Rock Ministry, was a member of Shriners and the Masons of Covington, Kentucky.  He loved to trade and worked on the railroad for CSX.

Survivors include his wife Bonnie Scott-Hensley of West Union; two sons Jon Hensley of South Carolina; Todd Hensley of South Carolina; one step daughter Jagena Burns & Tim of Winchester; and a step son Rusty Demint of Piketon; two brothers Larry Hensley and Willis Hensley both of Cincinnati; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at the Thompson-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union with Luther Jolly officiating.   Burial will follow in the West Union Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. the day of the service.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Solid Rock Ministry.
