Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, November 28, 2020, Gordon Arthur Ash of Victoria, age 60 years. Predeceased by parents: Arthur and Elizabeth; sister: Iva (Eric) Green; brother: Gus (Cora); son-in-law: David Rowe; parents-in-law: Lester and Frances Slade; brothers-in-law: Norm Peddle, Sidney Payne, and Wayne Slade. Leaving to mourn, wife: Debbie; two daughters: Sheryl Rowe, Victoria and Jennifer Wilcox, Mount Pearl; best buddy: Gibson; one brother: Dave (Marilyn), Mount Pearl; two sisters: Lina Payne, Carbonear and Gloria Peddle (Harvey Yetman), Heart’s Content; special nieces: Kim Janes, Victoria and Krista Abajori, Harbour Grace; members of the Slade family; special friends: Rudy Garland, Victoria and Brian Gillam, Ontario; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private visitation will take place at Noel's Funeral Home, Carbonear, followed by funeral service at Noel’s Memorial Chapel, Carbonear on Tuesday, Dec. 1, by invitation only.
