Cathy “Teresa” Marshall, age 58, of Morristown, passed away Saturday, November 28, 2020. She was a member of Solid Rock Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald W. Smith; sister, Tonya Smith; sister-in-law, Debbie Smith.

Survivors include her sons, Danny Helton, Sr. and Derrick Helton (fiancé Alicia Lankford); mother, Judy Cope; step-father, Jack Cope; grandchildren, Danny Helton, Jr. and Roselynn Helton; brother, Donald C. Smith; sisters, Darlene Smith, Donna (Philip) Sellars, Lynna (Kevin) Hixon; special niece, Kailee Hixon; medical companion, Pebbles; several special nieces, extended family, and many friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm, Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at Alder Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow with Rev. Jeff Broyles officiating. The family will meet at 11:00 am, Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Bethesda Cemetery for the graveside service.
