Samuel L. Kossoff, age 51, of Crystal Lake, Chief Operating Officer of Chicago Cardiology, former President and board member of Beth Tikvah Congregation, and graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH; beloved husband and best friend for 23 years of Laury Kossoff, nee Ugent; loving father of Illysa and Seth Kossoff; devoted son of the late Mark P. and the late Judy Kossoff; cherished brother of Andrew (Dee) Kossoff; dear son-in-law of the late Irving and the late Carol Ugent; fond brother-in-law of Jason Ugent and Geoffrey (Joann) Ugent; treasured uncle of Sophie Kossoff. Sam left an indelible mark on the many lives he touched in his Jewish community, workplace, and with his countless friends. He will be remembered for his infectious laugh and smile for everyone he met. The graveside service will be private. The service will be livestreamed Monday, 1:00 p.m. CST at www.goldmanfuneralgroup.com. Under Recent Services, click onto Sam’s photograph and scroll down to Service Details to view the service.
