<p>Helen Hnat, 98, of Eatontown, peacefully passed away on November 26, 2020, surrounded by her family. Helen was born to the late Julius and Josephine (nee: Rogalski) Falkowski.<br /> <br /> Helen graduated from school in Lorain, Ohio, moved to Brooklyn, NY, Jersey City and settled in Eatontown, NJ. She had a love for children and all animals, enjoyed spending time with family and friends, was an avid reader, and enjoyed taking care of all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Helen met the love of her life, Theodore Hnat in 1946 at a Polish dance and they were married on July 26, 1947.<br /> <br /> She is predeceased by her parents Julius & Josepine Falkowski, her husband Theodore Hnat, her brother, Steven Falkowski and son-in-law John Wain.<br /> <br /> Surviving Helen are her daughters; Carol Sottilare of Eatontown, Barbara Wain of Eatontown, June Kovacevich and husband Paul of Eatontown, a close nephew and godson Ron Sikorski and wife Sue, her grandchildren; Michael, Sharon and John, great grandchildren Alexi, Jake and Carly, her siblings; Eleanor Welsh of Cullman AL, Joseph Falkowski of Berkeley Township and many nephews and nieces.<br /> <br /> For service information, the family kindly asks you to contact them.
