<p>&nbsp;<strong>WESTPHAL, Lea Ann (Wightman), 61, of Newport, TN, passed away on Nov 25<sup>th</sup> after a short hospital and hospice stay.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>She was born on September 20, 1959 in Mason/Lansing, MI. She was the daughter of Rollo &amp; Jo Ann (Barret) Wightman.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; She was raised in Nashville, MI and went to Maple Valley High School, but received her diploma from Gainesville High School after moving to FL.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Besides her love of family, Lea Ann had a passion for knowledge about all of nature&rsquo;s animals and plants.&nbsp; She believed in a Great Spirit (Native American lore), and also firmly believed in life beyond our planet.&nbsp; She was an accomplished homemaker and artist.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;She was predeceased by her father.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>She is survived by her mother, her former husband Greg Strandberg, &nbsp;their sons, Jonathan and Justin, Jonathan&rsquo;s former wife Robin Strandberg, their children Jaycob Strandberg, Jacklyn (Strandberg) Key, her husband Christian Key, and Aubri Strandberg, her great grandson Ashton Key, as well as Justin&rsquo;s wife Stacy.&nbsp; Also surviving her are her sisters Anita Rodriguez and Juley Wightman, and her nieces and nephews.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Brown Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Lea Ann Westphal.</strong></p> <p><strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p>

 WESTPHAL, Lea Ann (Wightman), 61, of Newport, TN, passed away on Nov 25th after a short hospital and hospice stay.

 

She was born on September 20, 1959 in Mason/Lansing, MI. She was the daughter of Rollo & Jo Ann (Barret) Wightman.     She was raised in Nashville, MI and went to Maple Valley High School, but received her diploma from Gainesville High School after moving to FL. 

 

Besides her love of family, Lea Ann had a passion for knowledge about all of nature’s animals and plants.  She believed in a Great Spirit (Native American lore), and also firmly believed in life beyond our planet.  She was an accomplished homemaker and artist.

 

 She was predeceased by her father.
