William Albert Huffman, 75, of Roanoke passed away on Thursday, November 26, 2020. Bill was born on September 7, 1945 to Adlai A. Huffman and Sadie Hudson Huffman. Bill was a graduate of Patrick Henry High School where he played on the football team. He went on to proudly serve his country in the United States Navy. Bill returned to the Roanoke Valley where he worked for the Norfolk Southern Railroad. He retired as an Assistant Train Master. Bill is survived by his wife of 40 years, Alice Jean Davis; his sister, Shirley Huffman; his beloved dog, Julep; and many extended family members and friends. Services will be private.
