Loving mother of Bernadette (Thomas) Balestreire of Greensboro, GA, Thomas X. (Judith) of Glen Rose, TX, Lorraine (Roger) Smoot, and Louis (Kim) D’Amico. Grandmother of Gina (Bobby) Prentice, John (Emily) Balestreire, Julie (Shea) Garber, Ryan Smoot, Mark D’Amico, and Clark (Kelly) D’Amico. Great-grandmother of Anthony Prentice, Luca and Leo Balestreire, Grace and John Garber. Sister of Phyllis Pometto, Joanna Cerminaro, Sarah Speaker, and the late Joseph Pullia and Lena Torchia. Jean will be sadly missed by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. Catherine of Siena Church—St. Teresa of Kolkata Parish, 1901 Broadway Ave., Pgh., PA 15216.
