O'Block Phyllis A. Age 95, of Plum , on Wednesday, November 25, 2020. Wife of the late Edward F.; beloved mother of Mark E. (Donna) O'Block and Susan Kay (Christopher) Kellen; grandmother of Jenna Pershing, Emily Kellen, Kristen Skrobacki and Kayla O'Block; great-grandmother of Autumn Skrobacki; sister of the late Helen B. Kelley; daughter of the late Andrew and Kathryn Bergent. She was a proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh Nursing School, where she received the Florence Nightingale Lamp. Friends received, Saturday 12 noon to 2 p.m. at Soxman Funeral Homes, Ltd. 7450 Saltsburg Road (at Universal Road) Penn Hills. Funeral and interment are private.
