Raymond Wilson Carder, 81, of Brooks, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2020. Raymond was born on Friday, May 19, 1939, in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late Clarence and Kathleen Oakes Carder. Raymond is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Barbara Carder, and brothers, Clarence Carder “Junior,” and Grady Carder. He is survived by his sons, Greg Carder (wife Brandon) and Mark Carder; grandchildren, Robert Dylan Carder (wife Erika) and Evan LeeAnn Carder; and sisters, Mary Schoenberner, Dell Tolson, and Donnie Wood. A direct burial will be held Saturday, November 28, 2020, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Cemetery, 5714 Old National Highway, College Park, Georgia, with Reverends John Govaerts and Dwayne Thorne officiating.
