She was preceded in death by her parents, Buss and Miva Cox; husband, Tommy Neighbors and son, David Neighbors; siblings, Harold Cox and Catherine Roberts.<br /> <br /> Survivors are siblings, Sue Beasley, Elaine Hong, Bettye Cox, Claude Cox, Russell Cox, Charles Cox (Barbara), Sydney Cox; several nieces, nephews and extended family.<br /> <br /> Graveside service will be on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Chaplain Kevin Becker officiating.
