Billy Franklin Gunter, of Gilbert, September 25, 1950-November 24, 2020. A private graveside service to celebrate the life of Billy Franklin Gunter will be held at Oak Grove Baptist Church, 533 Hayride Road, Gilbert, SC 29054, with Pastor Dennis Metts officiating. Mr. Gunter, 70, passed away peacefully at Lexington Extended Care on Tuesday, November 24, 2020. Born in Lexington County on September 25, 1950, he was the son of the late Arthur Gunter and the late Vivian Gunter. Mr. Gunter is survived by his 2 brothers, Melton (Linda) Gunter, and David (Paula) Gunter, all of Gilbert; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thank you to LMC Extended Care Crews Point Faculty and Staff, Cathy Bannister of the Business Office, and the Life Enrichment Departments for their exceptional care, compassion, support, and patience.
