Nancy Catello

Nancy Catello, 86, of Guttenberg, NJ passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 21, 2020. Born in North Bergen, she was a longtime resident of West New York before moving to Guttenberg. Before retirement, Nancy worked for A. Joseph Schneider Embroidery as a mender. She was a life long parishioner of St. Joseph’s of Palisades RC Church in West New York. Nancy is predeceased by her 3 brothers: Patrick, Nicholas, Albert and 4 sisters: Frances, Millie (Carmella), Antoinette, and Angelina. She is survived by her Brother-in-law Joseph Schneider. Aunt Nancy will be dearly missed by her nephews and nieces: Rich Salamon and his wife, Debby, their sons, Ricky & Shawn, and Anthony Salamon and his wife Donna. She will be missed by all.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 from 3:00-7:00pm at Vainieri Funeral Home, North Bergen, NJ. A funeral mass will begin at 11 am on Wednesday, Nov 25 at St. Joseph’s of Palisades RC Church, WNY, NJ with a burial to follow at Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa.
