Dixie Skaggs, 92 , of De Soto Ks Passed away November 23rd, 2020 in Olathe Ks. Burial services will be Saturday Nov, 28th at 1pm Silent City Cemetery De Soto, Ks 66018. Dixie was born January 18th, 1928 to Frank Edwin and Mariam (Tedrow) Richardson. She resided in De Soto, Ks since 1955. Dixie was a homemaker who was devoted to her family and Church. She was a member of the De Soto Methodist Church for over 60 years. She enjoyed helping with bazaars and quilting to raise money for the church. Dixie was preceded in death by her husband Chester, her parents, and two brothers Claude and Frank Richardson. Dixie is survived by four children Jeanne Standley, Penny Henry, Jerry Skaggs, Kelly Skaggs (wife Candy) six grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren .
