Manning SC On Saturday, November 21, 2020, Arthur Hilton "Water Moccasin", widower of the late Betty Plowden Hilton, departed this life at his residence. Born on October 8, 1958 in the Jordan Community of Manning, he was a son of the late Moise and Ruth "Flora" Murray Hilton, Sr. Graveside services celebrating his life will take place on Saturday, November 28, 2020, at 11:00am from the family plot located in the St. Matthews Cemetery, Highway 261 Kingstree Hwy., Manning, where Pastor Stephen Singleton of Grace Heritage Ministries, Columbia SC, will officiate. In accordance with the requirements given by the CDC in reference to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family is not receiving relatives and friends at the residence.
