Sarah Frances Ballengee
<p> Sarah Frances Ballengee, 88 of Beckley went home to be with the Lord Monday, November 23, 2020 at Pine Lodge Center in Beckley following a long illness.</p> <p> Born November 18, 1932 at Hinton she was a daughter of the late Charlie O. and Anna Marie Adkins Allen.</p> <p> Sarah was a member of the Glen White Missionary Baptist Church. She was a homemaker who enjoyed scrapbooking and working with pictures.</p> <p> Sarah was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Ballengee Sr.; son, Jack W. Ballengee Jr; daughter, Barbara June Smith; two brothers, Edgar Lee and Norman Dean Allen and three sisters, Juanita Harris, Anna Lilly and Susie Reed.</p> <p> Those left to cherish her memory include three sisters, Mary Kay Nabholz, Jenny Fox and Linda Jones; daughter in law, Vickie L. Ballengee; four grandchildren, Lynn Jacobs, Brian Smith, David Smith and Sydney Curtis Smith and eight great grandchildren.</p> <p> Graveside services and burial will be 12:00 P.M. Saturday, November 28, 2020 at Restwood Memorial Gardens with Pastor Kenneth Parent officiating. Visitation will be from 10:30 A.M. until 11:30 A.M. on Saturday at the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors.
