Ruth Marie Grant, 82, of Southampton, New Jersey, formerly of Littleton, Colorado, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2020, at home. She was born on April 14, 1938 to the late Joseph and Lydia Gola. Ruth graduated Barry University and during her senior year she was named Who’s Who of the college. After college, she worked for New York Bell, and worked for them in at the 1964 World’s Fair in Queens, NY. She went on to work for Frank B. Hall Insurance, where she retired from in 1983. Ruth is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Donald J. Grant; her sister, Anne Gola of Newtown Square, PA; her son, Scott Grant of Littleton, CO; her daughters, Kelly Brown (Jim) of Bryant, TX, and Colleen Kau (Michael) of Ontario, Canada;; her grandchildren, Tobias Brown, Harvest Brown, Michael Kau, Jr., and Allison Kau; one great-grandchild; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Cremation will be private and at the convenience of the family. A memorial service will take place at a later date.
