<p><span style="font-size: 24px;">Michael Andrew Gunger, age 49, of Youngstown, unexpectedly passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2020 in the Emergency Room at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. He was born in Youngstown on August 27, 1971 to Thomas Gunger and Gail (Garfield) Braun.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 24px;">Mike was a graduate of Canfield High School. He was a car hauler with Cassen's Transport and a member of the teamsters. Mike's hobbies included being proud of his children, a loyal friend, basket weaving, and arguing with anyone about anything from football to politics.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 24px;">Michael is survived by his wife, Julie A. (Lowery) Gunger of Youngstown; his children, David Michael Gunger and Courtney Michelle Gunger, both at home; his mother, Gail (Charles) Braun, of Dayton; his siblings, Chaz (Kera) Braun of Dayton and Cathy Burkhalter, of SC; his in-laws, Bill and Darlene, of Austintown; his brother-in-law, Bill (Lisa) Lowery, of Canfield; and his aunt, Michelle "Mickey" Ribarich, of Boardman.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 24px;">Michael was preceded in death by his father, Thomas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 24px;">Arrangements by <strong>Cremation & Funeral Service by Gary S.
