Vicki S. Circelli, 71, of Rockford, IL passed away Sunday, November 22, 2020. She was born August 31, 1949 in Rockford, IL the daughter of Harley and Betty (Ohlson) Knapp. Vicki attended Rockford West High School graduating in 1967. Vicki married the love of her life, Anthony Circelli on June 29, 1968. She worked at National Lock and then went on to work at Rockford Memorial Hospital in telecommunications until her retirement. Vicki was a social butterfly with a beautiful spirit. She was always positive and concerned about others. Vicki enjoyed traveling with Anthony. They both volunteered at the beef tent at Festa for many years. Vicki adored her grandchildren and loved spending time with them. She will forever be in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Survived by her beloved husband, Anthony Circelli, Sr.; children, Anthony (former wife Kristin) Circelli, Jr. and Kelli (Chris) Soutar; grandchildren, Marisa Circelli, Morgan Circelli, Anthony Soutar, Madelyn Soutar; stepmother, Loa (Phil) Knapp; siblings, Corky Cevene, Tami (Kurt) Smith, Colette (Amando) Ysalgue, Toni Knapp; in-laws, John (Lynn) Circelli, Ralph (Carmen) Circelli, Francine (Rick) Balestri, Andi Circelli and numerous nieces and nephews; dear friends, Tony and Sue Bove. Predeceased by her parents and in-laws, Danny Circelli and Bert Circelli. A walk through Visitation will be held Saturday, June 5, 2021 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. At Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, 1860 S. Mulford Rd.
