Carl Grady Oakley, 83, of 3637 Oxford Rd., Roxboro, died Tuesday, November 24, 2020. Born in Person County, Mr. Oakley was the son of the late Stanley and Fannie Clayton Oakley. Mr. Oakley served in the National Guard and retired from PalletOne as a truck driver. Mr. Oakley is survived by his wife, Carolyn Duncan Oakley; one daughter, Cicely Wilborn and husband Jason, of Roxboro; two grandsons, Seth Wilborn and Holden Wilborn; his caretaker, Beverly Jackson. Graveside services will be held 1PM Friday, November 27, 2020, at Duncan Family Cemetery by the Rev. Herbert Brown. The family will receive friends at the home of Cicely and Jason Wilborn, 139 Rolling Creek Dr., Roxboro. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so 10AM-5PM Wednesday at the Brooks & White Funeral Home Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Chandler, Henry Owen, Larry Thomas, Randy Blalock, Lanny Welch, and Danny Bumpass.
