Seamer Thomas "Tom" Crites, 66, a resident of Beverly, passed from this life Sunday, November 22, 2020, at home. He had been in his usual health and death was unexpected. Tom was born Tuesday, June 8, 1954, in Cleveland, OH, a son of the late Seamer Crites and Lenora Leary Crites. He was never married. Left to cherish Tom’s memory are nine siblings: Angie Crites, Penny Register and husband, Donnie, Sharon Morgan, Dorothy Watts, Chris Crites, Gary Crites, Ronnie Crites, David Crites, and George Crites, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Preceding Tom in death besides his parents were three siblings, Pearl, Helen, and Barbara. Tom was a graduate of Clay-Batelle High School in Blacksville. He had never worked due to disability. He enjoyed fishing, camping, watching football, and watching wrestling. He loved his family and spending time with them and picking on his great niece, Brianna. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 30, 2020 from 11am until 1pm, the funeral hour. Tom’s request for cremation will then be honored.
