EXETER, NH - Jackson Giuseppe Sciacca, born November 2, 2020, passed away peacefully in his parents’ arms on November 13, 2020. 

Jackson Giuseppe Sciacca, baby boy and precious son of Nathan and Jennifer Sciacca; also survivied by his brother Lily Sciacca; grandparents Giuseppe and Rita Cascio of Methuen, MA and Frank and Patricia Sciacca of Barefoot Bay, FL.

Jackson was loved fiercely and immensely by family and friends during his brief time with us. He will be in our hearts forever.
