BROWN, Charles R. age 83 of Lebanon, Ohio passed away unexpectedly Saturday, November 21, 2020 at his home. Charles was born March 14, 1937 in Decatur, Ohio, the son of William S. and Lena Mae (nee: Calvert) Brown. Charles served his country proudly in the United States Navy. After returning from the Navy, Charles met the love of his life at a farm sale, where she hit him over the head with a corn cob! He enjoyed going fishing, collecting guns, and a good game of poker. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister Barbara Ann Wahl. He leaves behind his loving wife Carol (nee: Christman) Brown of Lebanon; sons Gary Lee Brown of Middletown, and James (Donna) Brown of Liberty Township; daughter Christy (Scott) Music of Anderson Township; grandchildren Jacob Andrew, Emily Nicole, and Allison Marie; as well as many other family members and friends. Services are private at the convenience of the family.
