Betty Anne Jennings, 97, formerly of Rotterdam Junction passed away at Elizabeth House in Flat Rock, NC on Sunday November 22, 2020. Born in Port Gamble. WA, she was the daughter of the late Nels Olav and Birdie (Fagerlie) Nelson. She was employed as an operational planner for the General Electric Company in Schenectady, retiring in !987. Betty was a member of the Woestina Reformed Church in Rotterdam Junction. Betty is predeceased by her two husbands William Philip Burns and Roy Bennett Jennings as well as one brother Marshall Nelson and one sister Eunice Nelson Turner. She is survived by two sons William P. Burns (Lynne) of North Carolina, her step son Jack Jennings (Pat) of California, one step daughter Jill Jennings (Paul Cheng) of Florida as well as five grandchildren- William Burns, Timothy Burns (Ashlyn), Nathan Burns, Luke Jennings and Lainey Jennings. Services for Betty are private. Arrangements are by the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady.
