FALL RIVER… Benilde C. (Pacheco) Mota, 74, of Fall River passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020 at her home.

    Born in St. Michael, Azores, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Maria Gloria (Camara) Pacheco.

    Mrs. Mota was a communicant of Santo Christo Parish and had worked as a Machine Operator at the former Quaker Fabrics for many years. Benilde enjoyed going out with her friend Thresa Cabral, spending time with her family and her coffee.

    Survivors include her son: David Santos of Florida; her sister: Denilde Estrela of Fall River and many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Deana Santos and was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters.

    Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Tuesday, November 24th, at 11 AM from the Oliveira Funeral Home, 215 Columbia St. Fall River, MA 02721 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM at Santo Christo Parish, Columbia Street Fall River. Interment will be in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 10 - 11 AM, prior to the funeral.
