Edward R. Chisamore Edward Roy Chisamore, 70, of Rutland died unexpectedly at the Rutland Regional Medical Center. He was born on November 13, 1950 in Westminster the son of Roy E. and Ione (Merrill) Chisamore. Mr. Chisamore grew up in Wallingford graduating from the Wallingford High School. He enlisted in the U.S. Army serving during the Vietnam War until his honorable discharge. He married Sharon O’Keefe on June 30, 1973 in East Wallingford. Mr. Chisamore was employed by Metromail where he worked for 37 years as a machinist. The last 10 years he has been employed by The Hubbardton Forge. He enjoyed working with wood and metal, spending time with his grandchildren and NASCAR. Survivors include his wife Sharon Chisamore of Rutland, a daughter Alicia Chisamore of Schenectady, NY, 2 sons Trevor Chisamore of Rutland and Matthew Chisamore of Pittsford, his mother Ione Chisamore of Rutland, a sister Nancy Gankiecz of Rutland and a brother James Chisamore of North Carolina, 6 grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son Nathaniel Chisamore on November 10, 1992 and his father Roy Chisamore on May 20, 1984. Services will be private. Burial with military honors will be in the Tinmouth Cemetery. Arrangements are with the Aldous Funeral Home.
