Susan W. Osborn

Susan W. Osborn, 69, of Robbinsville, NJ passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 19, 2020, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton, NJ. Susan worked for the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) for 35 years as a Labor Relations Specialist where a training and conference room was dedicated in her honor. After her retirement, she began her own mediation and arbitration practice. Susan enjoyed cruising, vacationing in the Outer Banks with family and friends, watching vintage movies and reading. She dabbled in the real estate market purchasing and redesigning homes. She was exceptional at creating beautiful kitchens, lavish bathrooms and cozy living rooms. Susan, also fondly known as “Sunshine”, was a loyal confidant, employer and friend. She had an enormous loving heart and would give you the shirt off of her back. Her quick wit and humor were extraordinary. She was dedicated to those she loved in more ways than one. There will never be another like her. Predeceased by her parents, Helen and Harvey Moore and her son, Ronnie Wood; Susan is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, George E. Osborn; her two brothers, Doug Moore (Donna) and Jay Moore; her sister-in-law, Kathleen Geddes; and her several nieces and nephews, Amanda and Christopher Schopf, Dakota Moore, Joseph Geddes, Nicole Kindred (Steve) and Greg Osborn (Jamie). She will be missed greatly by her many friends and extended family. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at the Greenwood Cemetery located at 1800 Hamilton Avenue in Hamilton, NJ. Due to funeral restrictions, masks and social distancing are required. A memorial service will be held for Susan at a later date to celebrate her life. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Susan’s memory to the Habitat of Humanity of Burlington and Mercer Counties. A “Gift from the Heart” may be sent to this organization at 530 Route 38 East, Maple Shade, NJ 08052.
