Joan Carol Isaacs, age 70 of Berea, passed away suddenly at her home on Wednesday, November 18, 2020.

Joan was born in Madison County, Kentucky to the late Mitchell and Christine Stone Crowe. She was a homemaker and former business owner of Berea Pawn Shop and member of the Red Lick Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two siblings, Mitchell Crowe, Jr. and Debbie Miller.

She is survived by her loving husband, Carl Douglas Isaacs; two daughters, Robin (Aaron) Hamilton and Leah (Nathan) Leonesio; one brother, Shelton (Linda) Crowe; and four grandchildren, Olivia Hamilton, Alex Hamilton, Logan Leonesio, and Sophia Leonesio.

Funeral services will be Monday, November 23, 2020 at Lakes Funeral Home with Bro. Doug Collins officiating. Burial will follow in the Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Per state mandates all services will be private. Condolences may be left for the family at www.lakesfuneralhome.com and services will be livestreamed.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Hamilton, Nathan Leonesio, Alex Hamilton, Tim Crowe, Jesse Crowe, and Mike Crowe. Honorary bearer will be Logan Leonesio.
