Debra Ann (Belish) Bailey Debra passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 after a long illness. She is survived by her husband Robert J. Bailey, daughter Elizabeth Anne Bailey, sisters Denise and Timberley, and brother James. She was born in Pittsburgh on January 15, 1956 and grew up in the Lawrenceville and Mt. Washington sections of the city. She was the oldest sibling. Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Patricia and James Belish, Sr. She came from a large family and enjoyed spending time with family members. Reserved in temperament, Debbie nevertheless touched the hearts of all who knew her and will be greatly missed by family, friends and neighbors. Her pride and joy was being able to see her daughter grow into a talented and vivacious young woman. Although Debbie had physical disabilities as she grew older, as much as she could she refused to let those be excuses for not doing what she liked or wanted to do. She worked for many years in the field of medical billing. Debbie was a member of St. Pius X church in Brookline. Due to the current health crisis, arrangements were private and handled by the Valerian F. Szal Funeral Home, Inc., in McKees Rocks.
