Linda D. Gilmore, 74, of Overland Park, KS, passed peacefully in her home on November 17, 2020. Born in Council Bluffs, IA on March 30, 1946, she attended Thomas Jefferson High School, where she met her high school sweetheart, Ed Gilmore.  They married August 27, 1966 and celebrated 54 wonderful years together.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 24 at 1:00 p.m. followed by the Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m. at Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Harvesters.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard & Shirley Smith, and brother, Bruce Smith. She is survived by her husband: Edward F. Gilmore III; daughters and spouses: Jennifer & Brent Letts of Olathe and Sara & Dan Shaughnessy of Topeka; 3 grandchildren: Connor Reynolds, Jameson Shaughnessy, and Noah Letts. Brothers and spouses; Bernie & Wyona Smith and Barry & Cindy Smith.
