JEANNE L. SEBASTIAN (nee Lowe) of Leisuretowne, Southampton, NJ, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 15th, 2020 at the age of 84. Born in Camden, NJ, she is the daughter of the late John F. & Lorraine M. (nee Davis) Lowe and the wife of the late Jack Sebastian.  She has resided in Leisuretowne for many years.  Jeanne was a registered Nurse and worked for many years at the Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC.  Jeanne was an extraordinary cook and great baker.  She would always make the best pancakes in the neighborhood where everyone knew of her.  She was a good advisor and always did the right thing.  Her morals were the best and someone to be looked up to.  She was always there for you.  She is the Loving Mother of Jonathan D. Cate and his wife Rose of Gaithersburg, MD, the late Alison Cate and Ayla Jeanne Cate of Arkansas.  She is also survived by her brother Thomas W. Lowe Sr. of Southampton, NJ.  Mother, you left us beautiful memories, your love is still our guide.  Although we cannot see you, you’re always at our side.  Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the BRADLEY & STOW FUNERAL HOME, Medford, NJ.
