Sharon Ann Chafin, 71, passed away in Kansas City, Missouri on November 17, 2020.  Her service is being held at Johnson County Funeral Chapel on Thursday, November 19th at 2 p.m.  Sharon was born on September 9, 1949 in Kansas City, Kansas to Elmer A. and Dorothy M. (Hamaker) Chadwick.  She was the loving wife of Steven whom she married on February 12, 1967 in Kansas City, Kansas at Maple Hill Baptist Church.  They had two children, Steven Chafin, II (Sonja) and Shelley Kampschroeder (Kirt).  She is the loving grandma to Sydney and Kelsey Kampschroeder and Sarah, Steven III, Sophia and Scott Chafin.  She also leaves her brother, Bill Chadwick (Karen) and sister, Nancy Harleman (Dave).  She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, John Beal and sister, Sandy Puhr.  She was retired from Long Motor Company where she was a buyers assistant dealing with vintage automobiles.  Family was the most important aspect of Sharon’s life and those she leaves behind will hold her in their hearts forever.  Memorials and be made to:
