William D Merciez

William Darrell Merciez Darrell was born December 10, 1933 in Louisville to Raymond and Mary Merciez. Survived in death by his 3 children; Leonard Merciez (Mo); Kathleen Hart; and Connie Myers (Kenn), grandchildren; William, Raymond and Travis and his great-grandchildren; Mackenzie, Madison, Gavin and Daphne. He loved camping, fishing and spending time with his family. His brown eyes would twinkle when he was telling one of his stories or a joke. Called “Duke” by some because he not only looked like John Wayne but loved watching his movies. His outgoing personality and easy smile warmed everyone that he met. He loved meeting and talking with new people.
