Mary-Virginia Mason, 75, passed away peacefully on November 15th, 2020 with her loving husband of 54 years at her side. Mary was born in White Plains, NY. on July 25th, 1945 to Howard and Mary Dusenbery. She grew up in White Plains and River Edge, New Jersey where she met her loving husband of 54 years, John Mason. Mary was a long-time resident of Orange Park, Florida, and a member of St. Catherine’s Catholic Church. A devoted wife and homemaker, she was also a respected Leader and Leader Coordinator for Weight Watchers. Mary raised two children and eventually acquired the name “Nana” to three grandchildren whom she adored. She enjoyed cruises with her husband, spending time with her children and grandchildren, and collecting M&Ms memorabilia. Mary is survived by her husband, John; two children, Peter Mason (Shannon) and Colleen Ingraham (Jeff); three grandchildren, Kaley Phillips (Jacob), Darby Mason, and Regan “River” Mason; two Brothers, Howard Dosenbery (Kristen) and James Dusenbery (Barbara) and many other loving family members and friends. Visitation will be at Jacksonville Memory Gardens in Orange Park on Friday, November 20th at 10:00 AM followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM. All are welcome. Interment will immediately follow the service when she will be laid to rest near her loving parents. .
