<p>Otha Leeo Francis, of the Paint Rock Community, passed peacefully at her home on Monday, November 16, 2020, after a long battle with Alzheimers.&nbsp; She was of the Christian faith and attended Pleasant Hill Methodist Church.&nbsp; She loved life and spending time with friends and family.&nbsp;She is preceded in death by her father, Pryor Watson; mother, Leeo Watson; brother, Roscoe Watson and granddaughter, Danielle Elizabeth Dunne, from the Notchy Creek Community.&nbsp;Survived by her husband of 38 years, Jack Francis; sister, Opal Raper; brother, Rev. Ronnie Watson; son, Gerald Dunn;&nbsp;daughter, Jessica McCowen; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.&nbsp;The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 19, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. &ndash; 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Methodist Church, 630 Paint Rock Valley Road, Philadelphia, &nbsp;with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 pm.Rev. Ed Donley will be officiating.&nbsp;Interment will be in the Pleasant Hill Methodist Church Cemetery.&nbsp;Online condolences may be extended to the family at www.loudonfuneralhome.net.&nbsp; Loudon Funeral Home and Cremations is in charge of the arrangements.</p>
