<p><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Evangelist Betty E. White peacefully transitioned from labor to reward on November 14, 2020. She was born to Arthur and Mollie Epps on June 15, 1935 in Pinetops, North Carolina. She moved from North Carolina on 1957 to Connecticut. She married the love of her life Obie White and to that reunion had four children. She retired from Hubbell Inc. in 1984. She them returned to North Carolina in 1991. She was a member of The Lord&rsquo;s Table Church.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Betty was a very gifted person. Reading The Lord&rsquo;s word was her passion. She loved to sew, which came naturally for her. She was also an exceptional beautician. She attended Wayne Community College in which she received her Certification in Upholstery. She loved to cook and have family and friends to dine with her. She kept a beautiful home, which reflected her personality. She had many friends that adored her. She will surely be missed.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">She was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Mollie Epps; one daughter Cynthia Gottchalck; one son Will White; four brothers Ernest Epps, Marcella (Jack) Epps, June Epps and Preston Epps and three sisters Maggie Hines, Mary Lee Gorham and Alice Epps.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">She leaves to treasure her memories her husband of 65 years Obie White; two daughters Sheila Webb and Barbara White; two granddaughters Karimah Gottchalck and Ciara Gardner; five grandsons Arthur Sean White, David White, Kenneth White, William Gottchalck and Darius White; two great granddaughters and grandsons; one great great grandson and two great great granddaughters; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.</span></p>
