Ruby Cecilia Kelley Blakeman 92, of Hunters Circle in Wilmore, Kentucky, widow of Buford Blakeman died Monday, November 16, 2020 at the University of Kentucky Hospital. She was born in Lexington, Kentucky on July 3, 1928 to the late Michael and Ethel Beadle Kelley. Ruby was a member of Wilmore United Methodist, Lions Club, Wilmore Garden Club, Wilmore Women’s Club, and an Honorary member of the Lexington Lions Club. Funeral services will be private Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Betts & West Funeral Home with family and friends serving as bearers.
