Otha Otto Hailey

Graveside services for Otha Otto Hailey will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, November 21, 2020 with Dr. Freddie Williford and Reverend Bart Walker officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park, under the direction of Hixson Brothers, Pineville. The family requests visitation be held at Greenwood Memorial Park on Saturday, November 21, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Mr. Hailey, 87, of Pineville passed from this life, Sunday, November 15, 2020 in Pineville. Otha worked in the banking industry for 48 years and served as Assistant Vice President of Rapides Bank. He was a member of Kingsville Baptist Church, where he was involved with the Trucker’s Ministry and Vacation Bible School. He was also a former deacon of Alpine Baptist Church. Otha was a Board member of Water Works District #3, a 25-year committee member of Ducks Unlimited, Past President of the Pineville Kiwanis Club, and a member of the Pineville Rotary Club. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Florence Hailey; his parents, Millard Hansford and Mary Ella Tarver Hailey; and his grandson, Christopher Hailey. Those left to cherish his memory include his sons, Gary Hailey and wife, Kay, Roger Hailey and wife, Susan, Rick Hailey and wife, Shelly, and Mark Hailey and wife, Becky; daughter, Sonya Hailey Williford and husband, Freddie; twelve grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends. Pallbearers will be Blake Hailey, Shane Hailey, Ryan Hailey, Kevin Hailey, Wade Williford, and Kalon Johnson.
