<p>Peggy A. Duncan Rekai, 82, of Wintersville passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at Weirton Geriatric Center. She was born in Steubenville, OH on February 12, 1938 a daughter of the late Clarence and Mary Marie Oliver Givens. She was a member of Starkdale Presbyterian Church and owner and operator of The Lamp Post Bed and Breakfast in Wintersville, OH. In addition to her parents Peggy was preceded in death by her first husband William R. Duncan; stepmother Mamie Stephens Givens; brother Clarence Lee Givens. She is survived by her husband Joseph Rekai; sons Raymond (Cheryl) Duncan of Brookville, OH and Donald Duncan of Waldorf, MD; sisters Linda Sullivan of Canton, OH, Dorothy Helsley and Lorraine Colantoni, both of Wintersville, OH; 3 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd. on Tuesday from 3-6p.m., where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 10a.m. with Rev.
