Passed tragically away at his residence on Thursday, November 12, 2020, Wade Slade of Victoria, age 64 years. Predeceased by parents: Roy and Mildred Slade; sisters: Jackie Chubbs, Miranda Slade, Peggy Gear, and Sharon Slade. Leaving to mourn, two daughters: Judy (Stephen) Clarke, Victoria and Shannon Slade, Lower Island Cove; three sons: Roy (Krista), Wade (Tabitha), both of Salmon Cove, and Shawn, Carbonear; nine grandchildren: Josh, Nakita, Jayden, Brody, Ava, Quinn, Jacob, Jesse, and Hannah; two great-grandchildren: Ryker and Luna-Rae; one brother: Leslie (Linda), Salmon Cove; one sister: Renee (Wayne) Kelloway, Salmon Cove; brothers-in-law: Calvin Chubbs, Salmon Cove and Richard Gear, Mt. Pearl; friend: Terry White; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a funeral service will take place at Noel’s Memorial Chapel, Carbonear by invitation only. Interment to take place in Riverside United Cemetery, Salmon Cove.
