Michael R. Langlois, Sr.
<p>Michael R. Langlois, Sr., age 76, of Wales and formerly of Springfield, passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Baystate Medical Center. He was born in Springfield, son of the late Arthur and Mary (Szlosek) Langlois and was educated in the local schools. Michael was a longtime truck driver for the United States Postal Service and retired in 2009, he enjoyed fishing in his spare time. Michael is survived by his wife, Dorothy J. (DeMillia) Langlois; two sons, Michael R. Langlois, Jr. and his fiancé Pauline; Gary J. Langlois and his wife Julie, both of Wales; a daughter, Lisa M. Allen and her husband Gerald of Chicopee; three grandchildren: Jonathan, Julia, and Zachary; a brother, Richard Langlois of Palmer; a sister, Daphne Jablonski and her husband Richard of Amherst; as well as several nieces and nephews. All services for Michael will be private and are being handled by the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home in Holyoke.</p>Obituary
