Helen Still (nee Austin), of Lawnside, NJ, formerly Philadelphia, PA., passed away peacefully at the age of 89 years on November 10, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Hartley. Loving mother of Renee Still-Brooks Solomon and Eric Ethan Still both of Lawnside. Dear grandmother of Tiffany Pressley, Eric King, Travis Arthur, William Arthur. Great grandmother of LaTique Aldridge, Brooke Pressley, Madison Pressley, Legend, Nova. Great great grandmother of Aniah Aldridge, Amaree Aldridge, Alonie Aldridge, Kingston,Taina. Also survived by a host of nieces & nephews, cousins and friends. Special friend (like a sister) of Rosa Lee Garris of Virginia Beach, VA, special son-in-law Stanley Pressley and special brother-in-law Quenton Still, and special care giver Denise Glasgow. Helen is predeceased by her parents Colonel and Annie Austin and brother Jack Austin. Helen was born in Luray, South Carolina. She attended Philadelphia Public Schools and also attended the Nursing School of Berean in Philadelphia, PA. She worked in nursing for 45 years for the late Dr. Paul Eglick in Philadelphia. Helen loved working with the elderly, cooking and sharing a good word. She also enjoyed having friends and family over and traveling. She had the love of her family, that was her greatest attribute in her daily life. Helen will be sadly missed by all she had touched. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Viewing on Thursday November 19, 2020 from 10AM to 12:00PM at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004.
