She was 51 years old and the daughter of the late Clara Jane and Louis Bartholomew Sr. She was raised by the late Juanita Sylve. </em></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:comic sans ms,arial;"><em>She is the beloved wife of Bertrand Bernard Ragas. Sister of Joseph (Deborah) Bartholomew Sr., Jason Bartholomew and Kimberley Bartholomew.
