Mrs. Betty Anne Abner Harvey, age 68, passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at Providence Hospital.

Born in Prosperity, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Parnell Oxner and the late Hattie Bell Bowers.  She was a member of Mt. Moriah AME Church and a retiree of Kraft Heinz.

Surviving are her daughter, Kenya LaShawn Harvey of Prosperity, SC ; step-mother, Rosie Oxner of Prosperity, SC; step-father, Freddie Lee Bowers of Washington, DC; sisters, Judy Bowers of Washington, DC; Barbara Fay Wheeler (Macky) and Cathy Harmon both of Prosperity, SC; Lisa Oxner of Newberry, SC; Latrecia Bowers of Washington, DC; brothers, Larry Bowers (Dorothy) of Temple Hills, MD; Jeffrey Bowers (Pamela) of Blanesburg, MD; Willie Fred Bowers, Sr. of Washington, DC; Waymond Oxner (Gladys) of Newberry, SC; Johnnie Oxner (Ann) of Prosperity, SC; four aunts, two uncles, devoted cousin, Lakeshia Allen; special friend, Francisco Flores, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be conducted on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Moriah AME Church.  All in attendance are asked to wear a mask or face covering and to practice social distancing. 

Public viewing will be from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Pratt Funeral Home Chapel.
