Ralph was born February 23, 1943 in Minot, ND to Alphonse and Anna (Ackerman) Miller . He passed away April 14, 2016 in Tacoma, WA surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his son, Ralph Edward Miller, Jr.; daughter, Roxanne Kopp; brother, Patrick Miller; and numerous extended family members and friends. Visitation will be held at the Lakeview Chapel, 4606 108th St. S.W., Lakewood, WA 98499 at 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Funeral Ceremonies to be held in North Dakota.
