Eleanor Marie Heinicke
Eleanor was born on April 7, 1922, in Seward, NE to Fred and Hulda (Prochnow) Kolterman. She graduated from Concordia High School and attended Concordia Teachers College. Eleanor was a Lutheran school teacher in Grand Rapids, MI. On June 24, 1945, Eleanor was united in marriage to Gerhard Heinicke at St. John Lutheran Church in Seward, NE. She was a member of St. John Ladies Aid and Knittin' Kittens. Eleanor passed away on May 17, 2012, at Heartland Park in Seward, NE at the age of 90 years, 1 month and 10 days. She is survived by two sons and their wives, Gary and Nancy Heinicke, Lincoln, NE, and Ronald and Patricia Heinicke, Olathe, KS; grandchildren, Geoffrey (Edie) Heinicke, Emily Feliciano, Joseph Heinicke, Samuel Heinicke, Andrew (Sara) Heinicke, Jonathan Heinicke; and 7 great grandchildren.
