<p>Opal Faye Green, 86, of Beebe, Arkansas went home to see Jesus on November 8th, 2020. Born on May 8th, 1934 in Hattieville, Arkansas to Hurvey Harris &amp; Sybil Hayes Harris.</p> <p>Opal was a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother and nurturer of many in her community. She loved spending time in her kitchen preparing meals for her family and anyone in need. On Sundays, she would often be seen giving gifts to children and making sure to retrieve her prized dish, cleaned from last week&#39;s potluck. Opal always made sure to recognize others on birthdays, with their favorite home cooked meal or dessert.&nbsp;</p> <p>She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Mervin E Green, brothers, John &amp; Jerrell Harris, children, Dale Scroggins, Cindy (Don) Beck, Kim (Raymond) Beaty, Randy (Donna) Green and Paula Harrison, along with many grandchildren, great grandchildren and countless family and friends.&nbsp;</p> <p>A graveside service will be held at Pinecrest Memorial Park &amp; Garden Mausoleum, Friday November 13th at 1:00 pm. State of Arkansas COVID-19 Directives will be followed including:&nbsp; masks are required (not provided) and social distancing will be maintained.&nbsp;</p> <p>In lieu of flowers memorial gifts can be made to the Southern Christian Home. 100 W. Opal Faye Green, 86, of Beebe, Arkansas went home to see Jesus on November 8th, 2020. Born on May 8th, 1934 in Hattieville, Arkansas to Hurvey Harris & Sybil Hayes Harris.

Opal was a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother and nurturer of many in her community. She loved spending time in her kitchen preparing meals for her family and anyone in need.
